Sian Williams is now in the last few weeks of preparation before running the London Marathon on Sunday 23rd April. She’ll be pounding the streets of London for the charity Heads Together, set up by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry. The charity is an umbrella organisation for lots of mental health charities and aims to tackle the stigma around mental health.
As Sian says “I was asked to run the 26.4 miles because they can’t (something about security) and I said yes because it’s a brilliant cause and well, they’re hard to say no to...”
Sian has been finding training mentally and physically tough but we all know she can do it!
